Your dedicated instructor accompanies you from equipment rental through lesson completion, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and stress-free experience.

A dedicated instructor stays with each child all day, providing **professional instruction, safety, and personalized care**—so parents can relax while children enjoy a safe and fun ski experience.

Lessons are conducted in our dedicated ski school training area, separate from public slopes, providing a safer and more comfortable learning environment. Beginners typically complete 2–4 hours of foundational training before progressing to the main slopes.

By sharing your customers' ski level and any special requirements in advance, we can prepare a safer, more personalized lesson tailored to their needs.

Before guests arrive at the resort, our team contacts them in advance to reconfirm their estimated arrival time. A manager or dedicated instructor will personally greet guests at the designated drop-off point, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to their ski experience.

From hotel check-in and ski/snowboard equipment rental to guidance throughout the day's lesson schedule, our team escorts guests every step of the way to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Lift passes are secured in advance once the booking is confirmed and are handed directly to guests upon arrival, allowing them to start their ski day without waiting in ticket lines. Note: Resort products are available only as a package including both a lift pass and equipment rental. Individual purchases are not available.
